Terms of Service

By booking the holiday home or accepting these conditions.

  1. Down payments

Upon receipt of the invoice and booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid within 5 working days. The remaining 80% are due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the trip and must be transferred to the landlord’s bank account.

2. Cancellations

2.1. In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, only the down payment of 20% of the agreed rental price is due.

2.2 If a cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed rental price is due.

2.2. In case of cancellation from 30 days before arrival, 100% of the agreed rental price is due.

We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

2.3. Deductions for services not used are already included in the discounts. For reasons of evidence, cancellations must be made in writing and must be confirmed. Otherwise the cancellation is considered not to have been pronounced and will not be recognized.

3. Arrival from 4 p.m. (earlier arrival possible only by appointment).

4. Departure and take-over of the house must take place by 9 a.m. (later departure is only possible by arrangement).

5. The house will be handed over in a defect-free condition or in the run-up to existing defects. If there are other defects that have not been mentioned, these defects (located on and in the house) must be reported on the second day of vacation at the latest.

6. Reservations must be confirmed in writing and sent to the respective contractual partner.

7. Subsidiary agreements only apply in writing and if confirmed by both contracting parties.

8. The houses may only be occupied with the number of people (as well as pets) confirmed in the reservation. In the event of additional occupancy, the landlord reserves the right of subsequent debit or termination. The organization of student parties, bachelor parties or similar. Is not allowed.

9. Our houses are non-smoking houses. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

10. Pets can be brought on request for a fee. For reasons of hygiene, animals are not allowed in the bedrooms and on the upholstered furniture. If the animal has ‘done business’ on the property, we ask you to correct this.

11. The house must be handed over in a tidy condition (swept clean, trash can emptied, fireplace cleaned, grill cleaned) on departure.

12. The tenant takes care of the whirlpool completely. The tenant is provided with the appropriate means of care with instructions. Use of the spa requires that the spa terms of use have been accepted. The tenant must ensure that all other people read these terms of use and accept the tenant. If the whirlpool is not available due to a technical defect, the maximum additional amount for the whirlpool in the amount of € 120 refunded.

13. A lawnmower robot drives on the property, the times are announced to the tenant. The tenant must ensure that no items are left on the lawn during this time, as these can be damaged. Children and adults must not come near the robotic lawnmower, as there is a risk of injury if touched or lifted. The tenant must ensure that neither children nor adults come into contact with the robotic lawnmower.

14. Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract.
