Kap Arkona

Rügen’s chalk cliff, who has not heard of it and a real recommendation. Those who are not deterred by the paid parking lot and a somewhat longer walk can marvel at the chalk cliffs themselves and stop in the nearby fishing village of Vitt for a coffee and cake.

Seebrücke - Sellin

Sellin – the beautiful Baltic seaside resort, with impressive architecture and probably the most impressive and longest pier in Rügen. The restaurant building invites you to stay and sweeten your stay.

Hiddensee

The neighbouring island – can be reached very quickly from the holiday home. The crossing with the ferry from Schaprode is a pleasure for young and old. The island offers many hiking possibilities to the lighthouse or the beautiful island beaches. Experienced boaters can also rent a boat in the area to start the journey themselves.

Nature Beach

Nature on your doorstep – In a few meters you can reach the natural beach, which is subject to nature protection. Depending on the vegetation, the beach is dominated by reeds in summer and there are bays for young and old. Ideal for small children, as there is almost no swell and the beach is very shallow for several hundred meters.

Die Schaabe

Sandy beach – Probably the most beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Rügen, no mass tourism, lots of space to relax. In the season ice cafés and restaurants offer an all around supply. The beach can be reached very quickly by car via the Wittower ferry and free parking is available.

Sandbeach - Schaprode

Recreation and relaxation – can be found on the nearby sandy beach in Schaprode. The best way to reach the beach is by bicycle from the house, where you ride parallel to the water and enjoy the nature.
